Maxwell Wright Ball (Maxie),resident and member of Stuart Yacht and Country Club, passed away on June 15, 2016
in Stuart, Florida.

Maxie was born on January 2, 1915 in Richmond, Virginia. She attended Mary Baldwin College and graduated in June
1936 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages. In September of that same year, she married Samuel Henry Ball (Errie), whom she met
on a transatlantic voyage from England to the United States.They celebrated their 75th wedding anniversary in 2011.

Maxie enjoyed golf, and won a number of women's tournaments.She also enjoyed dancing and bridge. She was her
husband's number one supporter throughout his extensive golfing career.

An elegant Southerner, Maxie had a spirited nature combined with a resourceful and determined character.

She is survived by her daughter Leslie, son-in-law Terence, granddaughters Paige and Samantha, and great grandchildren,Terence Alexander and Sasha Emily.

A celebration of life in honor of Maxie will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 1 pm at the Stuart Yacht and Country Club, 3883 SE Fairway East, Stuart, Florida 34997.

I always looked forward to your visits at my office, you were the sweetest and cutest lady I ever knew. Everyone at the office loved you but no whrre near as much as me and Nikki did!! We adored you soo much!! I am soo happy you got to meet my lil boy Tyler and my fiance as well. There are no words to express how sad I was when I heard this news, I was looking forward to seeing you friday and get that special hug and kiss on my cheek you gave me everytime we saw each other , from walking you in the door and holding your hand while we walk to walking you back out and waiting for marvette to get the car..I will never forget the special moments we had together, I accepted you into my heart and family like you were my own. You lived a great life max and Im soo glad I got to meet you and spend those special moments with you. I love you Maxwell! xoxo You may be gone but you deff will never be forgotten. Keep an eye on me and my family down here..I know you will! xoxo love you!! until we meet again....xoxo
