Melissa Boone Obituary
Melissa Dawn Boone AKA Missy, 45 of Roanoke, Va. Loving daughter of Richard Boone and is preceded in death by Clara Boone.
Missy was a loving mother, sister and friend, she loved listening to music, hanging with her kids, always quick to help anyone in need. And she always went above and beyond to take care of her kids. Missy worked in the medic field as a CNA for the last 8 years, she also enjoyed getting her nails and her hair done.
She departed this life peacefully at home to take her journey to heaven on 12/8/22. She had a long hard fight with cancer and she stayed strong and happy until the end. Missy always had a beautiful smile, she enjoyed living life to the fullest.
Missy leaves to celebrate her life and cherish her memories Adrian & Kianna Simmons her 2(daughters). Richard & his wife LeeAnn Boone, Randy Boone(brother), Angie Clemons, Jennifer Boone, Christina Vaden (sisters). Michael Simmons (kids father), and Darrel her partner and plenty of family and friends.
Funeral service will be held 12 Noon, Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Serenity Funeral home and cremation service.
