Debra, I am very sorry for your loss. I extend my condolences to you and your entire family.

Sending deepest sympathy for the tragic loss of Melissa. Thinking of her beautiful girls and family during such a difficult time. May all those who loved her be wrapped in loving memories as she rests in peace.

Melissa was an amazing person to work with and know. She was extremely instrumental to the success of many projects and endeavors at US Cellular over the years. I felt like I knew Kylie and Katie Grace a little because she shared so many stories and pics filled with pride and love. She even shared a funny video of Brad driving a forklift with us once. Intelligent, funny, creative, sharp, devoted, determined, direct and caring are words I would use to describe Melissa. She was part of the US Cellular family and will never be forgotten. My sincere condolences to Kylie, Katie Grace, Jennifer, Mrs. Friar, Brad and the rest of her friends and family in the loss of Melissa. My hearfealt prayers are with you all!

Melissa and I worked together for many years at USC. She was always with the Southern Hospitality whenever we got to see each other. I enjoyed talking to her and Jennifer as they always made me laugh. She always had a story about the girls as well. I pray for the strength needed for the family and know the girls will be fine as they are in God's hands. Melissa REST IN HEAVEN!

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

I am so sad for the loss of such a fun, loving person. I have so many fond memories of sleepovers at the Friar house growing up. My thoughts and love is going out to Debra, Jennifer, Matthew and the girls and to all her friends and family.

Melissa was a very bright young lady who was instrumental in the success of the National Logistics Center of U.S. Cellular.

One of the smartest things I did was hire her. An even smarter move was promoting her to Warehouse Supervisor.

She certainly saved my bacon on numerous occasions and she was a loving mother, sister and wife.

After I suffered a stroke in April of 2010 Melissa handled the transition to the Fixed Asset Automation System with astounding ease.

Let there be no doubt I was the boss by title only until I retired in February of 2013. The operation remained successful until 2017 primarily because of Melissa and the other associates she led; not because of me.

My memories of her are very fond and I will always be grateful for her loyalty, friendship, sacrifice and hardwork.

I am greatly saddened over how her life ended and feel badly for those she left behind. I am happy in that she is now reunited with Tommy Lawrence, a tremendous man. God Bless Melissa and hers. In His love,
