MELVIN FRANKLIN

I knew Melvin for a short time, but he expressed that the best time in his life was having his entire family in one pew in the church. It was the best time in his life.

Melvin was my late husbands friend when got married he became our friend. He was a fun loving guy and always had something to say. I'm sure he never meet a stranger he was everyone's friend. That's the Melvin I knew.
