MICHAEL WILLIAM BURNS
23 May 1957 - 25 November 2016
Passed away peacefully at
National Capital Private Hospital
and is now at rest.
Much loved husband of Donna
and cherished father to Joshua,
Adam and Andrew.
Much loved son and brother to family,
and great mate to friends.
His guidance and love
served us all well.
The funeral service for Michael
will be held in the chapel
of Norwood Park Crematorium,
Sandford St Mitchell
on Wednesday 30 November 2016,
commencing at 1:30pm.
No flowers by request,
in lieu of donations to:
ACT Eden Monaro Cancer Support
Group would be appreciated.
Envelopes will be made available.
