Michael "Big Mike" Wayne Chavers

Michael "Big Mike" Wayne Chavers, 28, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2015 at his home in Denham Springs, LA. Mikey loved to be outdoors and spending time with the ones he loved. Whether it be on the lake, camping or at home, he was happiest around his friends and family. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Central, LA, on Saturday, June 20, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a service to begin at 7 p.m. He is survived by his father, Tim Chavers and wife, RoseAnn Erwin; mother, Marty Garrett Chavers and husband, Ridg MacArthur; brother, Josh Chavers; sister, Alyssa Chavers; his uncles that was always there to lend a hand, Wayne, Danny and Tim Garrett aunts, Kathy Garrett and Pat Ory; close dear friend, Kattie Serrano; his pet lizard and his dog, Red; as well as many cousins and friends that will dearly miss him. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jenna Chavers; maternal grandparents, Melvin and Millie Garrett; and paternal grandparents, Eugene and Edith Chavers.
