Mike was a good friend of 45 years. We stayed in touch and spoke on a weekly basis for all that time, even being 1500 miles away. We were mutual confidants and shared many our personals life stories with each other. We come to understand that a deep friendship is a gift that is shared with few people in our lives. Mike gave that gift to me. He can now rest. His work is done.
