Michael Diffey

Funeral services for Michael Diffey, 37, of Hudson will be held Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel in Lufkin with Brother Stephen Forrest officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park. Mr. Diffey was born June 25, 1974 in Lufkin, Texas, and died Sunday, April 22, 2012 near New Braunfels, Texas. Michael was a Supervisor for Napco and had lived in Hudson/Lufkin all his life. He was an avid motorcycle rider. Michael was a member of McKindree Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Angela Diffey of Hudson; his three children, Whitney, Caleb and Kylie, all of Hudson; his mother, Betty Diffey of Lufkin; brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Charlotte Diffey of Lufkin; sisters and brothers-in-law, Rachel and David Landrum of Winter Park, Florida, Susanne and Darrin Ellis of Waxahachie, and Lisa and Mike Owens of Allen, Texas; mother-in-law, Diane Hodges of Farmersville; nieces, Jordan and Raegan Landrum of Winter Park, Florida, Lana Cox of Lewisville, and Morgan Diffey of Lufkin; as well as numerous other nieces, nephews and other relatives. Preceding Michael in death were his father, Glenn Diffey, on August 12, 2010, and father-in-law, Lloyd Roach. Pallbearers will be Scott Carroll, Brandon Stephens, Barry Barlow, Mickey Starling, Neal Tubbs, Wade Jabbour, Yancy Miguess and Brent Mosley. Honorary pallbearers will be Bubba, Johnny Prosniewski, Clint and Dillon Martinez, and the employees of Texas Thunder Harley Davidson. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kylie Kelley Benefit Fund, c/o FBTET, 104 North Temple Drive, Diboll, Texas 75941.
