In loving memory of Dr. Michael Edwards, a cherished friend and neighbor who recently left us.
Michael brought boundless joy and laughter into our lives. His quick wit and endless stories were a gift to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. He shared vivid tales of his time as an army doctor in Vietnam, offering a glimpse into an extraordinary life filled with service and resilience. He spoke often, and with great pride, about his children and grandchildren, weaving colorful narratives of their accomplishments and adventures. His worldliness shone through the accounts of the many places he lived.
One of Michael“s quirks that always made us smile was his fascination with what could have been-he loved to calculate how much he might have amassed if he'd invested early in Berkshire Hathaway! Those musings never failed to spark laughter during his frequent visits. And oh, those visits! One summer, he graced our home almost daily, filling it with warmth, humor, and unforgettable moments.
We are so fortunate to have shared countless memories with Michael. His spirit was one of light and laughter, and he truly made our corner of the world a happier, more vibrant place. Our hearts are heavy, but we find solace in the joy he brought into our lives.
Rest easy, dear friend. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
