Michael D "Buddy" Hess

We were best friends growing up in North Lawrence. Going to school together and playing together almost every day. My first time away from my family was with Buddy and his Dad to their Cabin at Lake of the Ozarks for a weekend of fishing.

I am so sorry Anthony, Andrew, and family. I hadn't seen Uncle Mike since Vegas 2001. Definitely to soon to loose him, may he rest in peace. Prayers and hugs to you both, I love you guys.

Fishing with my dad was always a competition....who could catch the most and who would get the biggest....i would always get the big fish but he would also always get more fish then me...except the one time at Saguaro lake when i got 20+ bass to his i think maybe 5? lol...was the best day of fishing i ever had and the only time i think i ever ACCTUALLY out fished him...i will miss you old man....

Mike and I use to talk about football. His Kansas City Chiefs and my Cleveland Browns. He felt bad for me. Lolololol.

Back in my Kansas and E&E days, Mike helped me on some of my car and Jeep projects. And of course he was the life of the party at Daryl's famous Super Bowl parties! Rest in peace Mike .

This was a big hit to the E and E family. Candy, Anthony and Andrew, I will keep you in my prayers.
