The Moriarty family all Loved Mike! We have such wonderful memories from swimming at UNA with Rebecca and Laura. Mike always had such great excitement, drive and love for his daughter swimming in the pool! He not only loved watching his girl but also found a love for all the other girls swimming! Mike was a pleasure to be with and we loved his enthusiasm for the UNC team! We loved hanging out with him because he was so positive and full of life! We send our thoughts and prayers to his family, especially Rebecca whom we love!!
Love The Moriarty family!!!!

So very sorry to hear of Michael's passing. What an extrodinary man. I will always remember his humor and his knowledge of politics and sports. The "big man" was indeed one of a kind. Knew Michael and his whole family from Chatham. He will surely be missed. Prayers to his whole family.

I knew Mike from a young girl. We went to St. Pats together and he lived a few blocks from me. I was always over on Hillside Avenue in Chatham playing with Mike and all the kids on the block. We also went to Chatham High together. He was a great guy! So sorry for your loss.
