Didn't know Mikey very we'll but he treated me like an old long lost friend. He was always calling me up to send me customers that he thought I could help and never once asked for anything in return. I think he truly just liked helping people. He was a Rare Breed.

I met Mike back in the 80's at Tony's Nissan. I was always very impressed by the kind and respectful way in which he treated all those who were fortunate enough to have known him.

I have maintained contact with him as the years passed by and I can truly say that I feel privileged to have been able to say he was a friend. He was the kind of guy that made people feel at ease and who's advice you could trust. He was compassionate towards others, had a solid work ethic, and an impressively wide knowledge base regarding most any subject

He will surely be missed by all of those who's lives he touched, his many friends and business associates, and especially by his daughters who he was so proud of.

Goodby buddy-I'll miss you.

We are truly sorry for your family's loss. I had the opportunity of working with Michael over the past year as his manager and as his supervisor. He was a great employee, very reliable, and he provided excellent service to our customers. We really enjoyed working with him here at GDIT. I can say that he always had a smile on his face, and that he always had a kind word for his coworkers.

If I may offer—

An Irish Funeral Prayer

Death is nothing at all.
It does not count.
I have only slipped away into the next room.
Everything remains as it was.
The old life that we lived so fondly together is untouched, unchanged.
Whatever we were to each other, that we are still.
Call me by the old familiar name.
Speak of me in the easy way which you always used.
Put no sorrow in your tone.
Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me.
Let my name be ever the household word that it always was.
Let it be spoken without effort
Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same as it ever was.
There is unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
I am but waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just around the corner.
All is well. Nothing is hurt; nothing is lost.
One brief moment and all will be as it was before.
How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting, when we meet again.
