So sorry Bernadette. I just saw Michael's name in the PC Magazine. Although we lost contact over the years I will always remember Michael as wonderful friend and teammate. I lost Kathy to cancer this past June so I know the pain you are experiencing and my heart goes out to you and your family.

So many memories in just a few short years... Mike loved the beach. Aside from everything mentioned above, he kept his side job of sharpening knives. He never told me he didn't like salmon when I would give it as a thank you for sharpening my knives. I remember his sense of humor - always teasing the Jersey people. My favorite memory is of Mike holding baby Henry in his arms and sitting in the shade of the beach pavilion so Henry could nap.

Heartbreaking to learn of this, Bernadette. What a fun loving and all round good guy he was!

We are so sorry to hear about Mike´s passing. He was a great father, friend and dedicated Bruins fan. We enjoyed many superbowl parties together with him and Bernadette, even though he was a Giants fan. We are sure he will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

I knew Mike from my high school years at Archbishop Stepinac and he was a wonderful young man and I always found him to be pleasant and nice to me. My heart bleeds for his family. My sincere condolences and I will pray for him.

My condolences, Bernadette and family... I am so sorry of learning of Mike's passing. He truly was a good guy. I enjoyed the times I had talking with him about sports, kids, book publishing/business... retirement ... And I remember watching super bowls, and him coming with a Giants jersey when everyone else had Patriots gear. Wish I had seen him again after you moved from Medfield... And wish you and your family that you may have some comfort in the memories of him.
