Michael Link Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jun. 28, 2024.
Michael Clifford Link, affectionately known as Mike, age 63, of Glennie, Michigan, passed away peacefully on June 27th, 2024. Born on September 27th, 1961, in Flint Michigan. Mike was a proud graduate of Kearsley High School and a respected member of the local retail management community. His greatest joy in his professional life was found behind the wheel as a delivery driver, where he connected with people from all walks of life.

Mike's passions extended beyond his work to the great outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, finding serenity in nature's embrace. His love for card games and the warmth of family gatherings during the holidays were the simple pleasures that he cherished deeply.

A man of humor and heart, Mike's generous spirit and competitive nature will be fondly remembered by those who knew him. His legacy is carried on by his devoted wife, Debra; his children, Michael Link, Melissa (Jonathan) Chaney, and Timothy (Kassie) Link, Jim McCoy, Amy (Mory) Doukoure; his siblings, Matt, Marty, and Mickey; and his adoring 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, along with 7 nieces and nephews and many cousins. He was preceded in departure by his parents, Clifford (Mary) Link; Pat Link; and his brother, Mark Link

A memorial service to celebrate Mike's life will be announced at a future date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in Mike's memory to the American Heart Association. His presence will be profoundly missed, yet his spirit will continue to inspire and guide us. Mike's life was a testament to the enduring power of love, family, and friendship
