Michael Lohrey

Mike was a good man.

This is how I remember Mike since I retired. My husband, Mark Engdall, and a group of retired FS biologists have been going up to Canada to fish for a number of years. It was great to see Mike when I dropped Mark off at Bill Otani´s house. When I was working, I was always happy to hear Mike was the Incident Commander or part of the Area Command. I knew our region was in good hands. He truly will be missed.

I worked with Mike several years in the Incident Command system as an Incident Commander along with National training programs. Always a positive guy and get things done. I always enjoyed working with Mike.
