Mick worked at the Land O Lakes - Felco gas station and my brother told me I could get a free hat if I go there. So I went, met Mick and got a free hat. But we became friends after that - I was 10 or 11 years old then and he introduced me to his girlfriend, Bobbi Hawkins at the County Fair and I remember that time too.

Wendi,
You, and your family, are in my thoughts and prayers. I went through school with Mick and was so happy to spend time with him this past June at our 30th Stanton High School class reunion. He was such a special person...one who will obviously be missed by so many. Words are simply insufficient at times like this to express how sad we are at your loss. God bless you and your family.
