Past Faithful Navigator Bishop Beahn
Assembly 2330 Ottawa.
After a long courageous battle with cancer
on Monday, July 16th, 2012 at the age of 67. Loving husband to Diane-Ann (nee Bedford). Loving son of Margaret (nee Spragg) and
the late Augustine McCarthy. Fondly remembered by his brother Brian, mother-in- law Rita Bedford, niece Karrie O'Shea (Fintan), nephew Timothy McCarthy and especially the Bedford nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be held at Annunciation of the Lord Roman Catholic Church, 2414 Ogilvie Road, Ottawa on Thursday, July 19th, 2012 at 11 a.m. As an expression of sympathy memorial contributions to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to the staff at the ICU Ottawa General Hospital for their loving care and compassion.

Diane, Eileen and I was so very sad and sorry to hear of Mike's passing. He was a good person and a cherished Brother in the Knights of Columubus. I have good memories of our time together working with Pro life and at the Ottawa Association . Words alone can not express our heartfelt sympathy.
