I came to know Mike through his brother Ronald at Stonehurst Elementary School in Oakland. He was one of "the big boys"....a superior athlete even then. He stood out.

Michael was a "beast" in football. I looked up to him as he was played the game and ran track. As his brother Ronald became a close friend. He will surely be missed.

So many memories of the laughter, the music and most all we were family. You, James and Ronald were my brothers and my friends. In loving memory of a wonderful person you'll always be to me. My prayers that God will comfort your family. I'll love you and miss you always. Miranda
