Michael Merlo Obituary
EASTON
Michael A. "Bird" Merlo, 51, of Easton passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021.
Born December 24, 1969 in Easton he was the son of Joseph Merlo of Phillipsburg and Carol (Lutz) Merlo of Easton.
He loved music and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. Prior to his disability he worked in construction.
He is survived by a son Nicholas of Lopatcong Township; a daughter Lindsay Hanley of Bangor, PA; and brothers Joseph of Scottsdale, AZ and Teddy. A sister Ryan Fucci passed away earlier.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 11 a.m. in Doyle-Devlin Funeral Home, Inc., 695 Corliss Ave, Phillipsburg. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in the Northampton Memorial Shrine in Palmer Township.

Knowing all the family since the early 70's. I've ran into Mike in the late 80's then the early 2000's. Mike was doing well at the times when we greeted. It's been awhile since seeing him last. Michael was a good guy and well spoken for him self. I'm glad to have known him.
