MICHAEL "RON" MICCOLI

MICCOLI, MR. MICHAEL "RON" North Muskegon Ron Miccoli, age 63, passed away on Friday, April 16, 2010, surrounded by loved ones at Harbor Hospice-Poppen House after a long battle with cancer. Ron was born to Michael and Anna (Lazzaro) Miccoli on January 20, 1947 in New Hartford, NY. Ron graduated from New Hartford High School and then attended Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. He moved to Muskegon, MI in 1971 where he worked for Radium Photo as a photographer, sales person, and book keeper for 35 years. Ron also worked for H&R Block for 20 years as a tax preparer and as a tax preparation instructor. He also gave organ lessons at Keyboard Music. Ron enjoyed camping, barbequing, antiquing, collecting mustard pots, and his cats, Dash and Dot. He was a member of the Commodore 64 Computer Club and a ham radio operator with the call sign AC8-U, and was a Jaycee. Ron had a large extended family, whom he loved spending time with. SURVIVORS Ron is survived by his brother-in-law, Gordon Rohman of Okemos, MI; nephews, David (Carolyn) Rohman of Mt. Pleasant, MI, Marc (Amy) Rohman of Palo Alto, CA, Chad (Marcy) Rohman of Elmhurst, IL; nieces, Amy Chilson of Asheville, NC, Emily Rohman of Commerce Center, MI, Peggy Rohman of Montgomery, MD, and Laura (Noel) Livingston of Baker City, OR; special friend, Linda Dahms and her children and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by infant brother, Dominic; his mother and father and dear sister, Palma "Pam" Rohman. SERVICE A family memorial service is planned for this coming summer.
