I was sad to hear of Mike's passing. Over the years, I always enjoyed both your and Mike's company sitting next to you at the Edmonton Coliseum. I especially remember Mike's private commentary play by play. Then, of course how we would reminisce about Mike's connection to Vegreville . Thinking of you at this time.

I had the good fortune of working closely with Mike for 20 years, spending many hours of road time with him and tons of great discussions. His dedication to his beloved family and his elevated attention to his job and undertakings within our community were second to none. He was a great friend and working companion! As alluded to I am one of the young hockey players that he coached. I feel fortunate to think back on my time being on one of his teams. He Was truly a significant role model in my life., and had much to do with my own career path.My thoughts are with his family.

So sad to hear that Mike passed away last Thursday. We have lost one of the very best. I worked with Mike for over 25 years and I will miss the occasional by chance meetings Tina and I had with he and Rachel over the years. Tina and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Rochelle her son's.

Mike was a mentor for me in my career at Safety Supply ,he had a great since of humor ,always had good things to say about people he worked with ,Great Man ! Will be missed by everyone that knew him .Condolences to Rochella and family
