Michael Saunders Obituary
Funeral Service was held on Thursday February 25th with interment at Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Flushing, NY.
Shiva will be held at the residence, 10 Old Stable Road, Demarest, NJ 07627 today Friday 1pm-5pm, Sat 6pm-8pm and Sunday 6pm-8pm.
Shiva will also be held at Scott Saunder's home, on Sunday 6:30 pm-9pm, Monday and Tuesday 1pm-4pm & 6:30pm-9pm with a 7:30 Minyan Service each night; 33 Caumsett Woods Lane, Woodbury, NY.
Please take a moment to sign the online guess book. You may leave a note for the family or perhaps a memory you would like to share.
A Virtual Candle may also be placed in the guestbook if you wish.

I was so very sad to hear the news about Michael. He was the warmest spirit, gave the best hugs and his smile was infectious.I will always remember the piggy back rides he gave me as a girl and the love I felt when I was with all the Saunders. My heart goes out to all of you.

Dear Cathi,
Considering myself as one of Michael's newer friends I came to know him as a warm and mushy tough guy with a BIG smile and personality that made anybody feel comfortable from the moment they met him! A sports fanatic with a great sense of humor he was a "guys guy", fun to hang with and quick to do something nice. The first time we were out together I was ready to invite him to my sons wedding the following week and he was ready to attend ( assuring me his gift would more than cover the caterer)! Shari and i send our deepest sympathies to you and your daughters....
