So very sorry to hear about Michael. I was fortunate to have known Michael from our early days in the insurance business where although we worked for different companies, our offices were across the hall from each other at 55 City Centre Dr.and Mike was a very strong presence; perpetually positive and optimistic, sense of humor,competent and conscientious, all of which I experienced and appreciated as volunteers on several industry associations. He will be missed by many. Very sorry.

Mike and Vera attended my mother's memorial service in Port Credit in 2013. Even though I didn't work for Mike or really get to chat with him too much on a daily basis, his huge personality and presence was there all the time and he never failed to say goodnight to me as he left the office.
