Obituary, Michael Stack, Sr.
June 27th, 1940 – March 13th, 2018

Michael "Mike" Stack, native of Ballylongford, Listowel, County Kerry, Ireland, passed away peacefully into Eternal Life on March 13th, 2018, in Newburgh, NY at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital. He is survived by his former wife Theresa (Maher) Stack. Mike was a beloved father of Mary Stack O'Brien, Patrick (Mary) Stack, Michael (Deirdre) Stack, and Thomas (Margaret) Stack. He was a cherished grandfather of Sean, Michael, Meaghan, Kathleen Rose, Ryan, Kathleen Theresa, Michaela, Matt, and Danny. Also survived by loving siblings Peg, Pat, Brendan, Jim, and Phil. Predeceased by siblings Josephine, Mary, Eileen, Kathleen, Martin, Connie, Tom, and Tony. Mike also survived by devoted companion Ellen (Nellie) Enright.

Mike was a construction worker and Union member of Local 731 in New York City for forty years. Mike was the proprietor of Stack's Pub and Lamppost Motel in the Irish Alps in the Catskills.

Rest in Peace Mike.
