When I transferred up to Virginia Minnesota from Eagan, Minnesota, working for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota Mike sent me an article about Virginia Minnesota . It was ranked as one of the top cities to live in for 50+ for many metrics and left me a kind message wishing me well in my new city and job. He occasionally checked in with me after that and I was able to learn a little about his work life. There was always a little humor. Mike was also surprisingly knowledgeable and respectful of my spirituality which I appreciated displaying to me his wisdom and openness to understand. He showed me he had a kind understanding heart which was greatly appreciated! I will miss him!!!
