I first met Mike when he came to Station 68 as a rookie. I had just been in the department for about a year myself. I was truly saddened and shocked when I saw that he had passed. I lost track of him around 1983 or so as I had transferred out but I do remember working along side of him for about three years. He was a good firefighter. My prayers go out to the family. May he rest in peace.
