PAQUETTE, Michel It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful death of Michel Paquette on January 11, 2018, at the age of 63. Beloved husband of Lorrraine Lacroix and son of the late Marcel Paquette and the late Blandine Pleau. He leaves behind his daughter Geneviève (Cory) and stepchildren: Mireille and Eric; his grandchildren: Natacha, Noah and Sébastien. He also leaves his siblings: Andrée, Monique, Marie-France and Éric and many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his sister Suzanne. The celebration of his life will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, at 95, Cité-des-Jeunes Blvd, in Gatineau (Hull sector), on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 10 a.m. The family will receive condolences at 9:30 a.m. You are encouraged to wear bright coloured clothes and to share your memories during the celebration. For those who wish to do so, donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Online condolences may be made at www.cfo.coop

A colleague both at PIPSC and the Board, Michel was a constant, cheery gentleman and greatly valued co-worker. He always brightened the day! Sincerest condolences to his family and his many friends.
