Michele Weston Obituary
Michele was born on May 17, 1942 to Michele and Anna (DePalma) Giordano in Cranston, RI. She graduated from the UMASS college of Nursing in 1960 and performed her nursing residency at Mass General. Michele was extremely hardworking, dedicated, caring, and attentive Licensed Practical Nurse for 48 years. During this time, she cared for many people, all who loved her.
Michele met her husband during her residency and married, Charles Harvey Weston, Sr. shortly after on September 7,1963. He predeceased her by 41 years.
She leaves behind three children, Dr. Charles (Chuck) Harvey Weston, Jr. and his wife Mary, Lisa Marie Weston, and Diana Elizabeth Suriano and her husband Brian. Six grandchildren; Laura Weston, Olivia Weston, Andrew McIntosh, Lauren Suriano, Sal Brian Suriano, and Christian Suriano; two sisters, Gloria and Anna Marie; one brother, Michele Giordano; and many nieces and nephews.
She was a caring and wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend who was always there for us. A fiercely strong woman who persevered in any adversity. She is now in the loving arms of Jesus, reunited with her husband, family and friends that were awaiting her arrival in heaven.
Michele's spinach pies, eggplant parmesan and pasta and braciola dinners were the absolute best. No one can make a chocolate double layer heart shaped cake like her either. Even after leaving New England many years ago, she never lost her accent. We can still hear her say "Pahk the cah"
To honor Michele's memory, we will be holding a celebration of her life in the near future.
