Wayne and family, so sorry for your loss. We were neighbors in the 60's,lived on Cellardoor Ct. We still remember the great time we had with you and Mickey at the race in Darlington. We regret we lost contact, but as we have families and our lives take different paths at least we still have memories.

Dear Wayne, Patsy and John, I am very sorry for your loss. Mickey always had a radiant smile. It was so automatic every time you would see her. She was so gifted at every thing she did. Her garden, home decorating, creating in the kitchen, as a tennis player. I believe her grandchildren gave her the most joy.
The picture you have chosen truly reflects how beautiful she was inside and out. May God comfort you and all your family.

Dear Woodson family,
I have so many great memories of your Mom at the Beechwood pool. She was always so full of life. I am glad to see that she continued on with a voracious appetite for living. I am sad for your loss and pray that God will fill you with His comfort and peace for your sadness.

Mickey was a fan of McDonald Garden Center even before I arrived in 1973. She has always been a delight to serve. Her style has always been charming and friendly. This won her the friendship of all of the folks at the garden center. We will always cherish the special relationship we shared.

Wayne and Family
My deepest condolences to each and all of you. As one of Wayne's co-workers, I didn't personally know Mickey. But I know that the few times Wayne mentioned Mickey, it was with a voice full of love and brightness. I could tell Mickey was a special, wonderful person just from the light in Wayne's voice when he mentioned her.
Again, my condolences and prayers to all of you in your time of mourning.

So sad to learn of Mickey's passing. I will miss talking about our gardening successes and failures with her. She always kept a watchful eye on my yard and now she'll continue to do so from a higher elevation. My prayers to each of her beloved family members.

My condolences to one of my best friends "Woody" in the loss of his mom. My sympathies to the Woodson family. I guess I could share the story how I often appeared just a little too early in the morning to get John to hang out, and it would irritate her a bit. In later years we talked and laughed about that.

Mickey will always be one of the kindest people I have ever known. I will carry forever the memories of Christmas breakfast at her house, garden and cooking tips she gave me, and the feeling of safety and peace and her and her husband Wayne brought to me as a child. I will miss her.
