Mickie Hamming Obituary

HAMMING _ Mickie (Dirkje), born March 1, 1950 in Abbenes, Holland. Passed away suddenly December 31, 2004, predeceased by her husband Cornelius Hamming. She is lovingly remembered by her children, Yvonne (John) Murdoch, Debbie (Gerard) Baars, Peter (Keri) Hamming; grandchildren Megan and Faith Baars, Alison and Daniel Murdoch, Nicholas and Anthony Hamming. She will be missed by her parents, Harry and Ria Klootwyk; her brothers, her parents-in-law, Peter and Jane Hamming and extended family and friends. A sincere Thank You to all the staff of Vancouver General Hospital's 2nd floor critical care unit and Dr. Reddecop for their exceptional care and support. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Leukemia Bone Marrow Transplant program, VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation, 855 West 12th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V5Z 1M9, in memory of Cornelius Hamming, as per her wishes. Memorial Service to be held at 11 AM Friday, January 7, 2005 at Maple Ridge Christian Reformed Church, 20245 Dewdney Trunk Road, Maple Ridge, BC.
