Another great from San Antonio's glory days gone. Sad indeed. RIP. I'm very sorry for the family. Always did a grade A job on my guitars. Thanks and God speed.

My condolences to your family on the passing of Mr. & Mrs. Acosta. While attending Incarnate Word High School in the early 80’s, my parents and I frequent their music store for my instrument supplies...guitar strings, picks, reeds and whatever was needed. They were such lovely people and always so helpful. Our trip to their store was more than just picking up supplies, we spent many times chatting and getting to know each other and before you knew it an hour had gone by. As a matter of fact, on our last trip to San Antonio as we drove down Bandera Rd. I spoke of your wonderful parents and of their store that used to be to my adult children. My husband still has the guitar that your father worked on. They left many of their patrons with fond memories. May you all find peace and comfort in the many memories you have of them.

My condolences to the family. My friends mike and Olga were one of the friendliest couple I knew. Mike was a coworker for years and was a guitar enthusiast . He loved to talk about his family. Sometimes,He used to stop by our house when on his daily walks and reminisce about “the good old days”. We will miss them.
