Mike Farrar

Dear Judi,

I just read about Mike´s passing in the F&M Alumni magazine. I was so saddened to learn of your loss.

I have fond memories of Mike from our days as roommates at F&M. He was such a gentle soul. And, even though we´ve been our of touch for quite some time, I always knew that you two had a close and loving marriage.

May Mike's name always be for a blessing.

The last time we met was at our 50th reunion at F&M. Mickey gave me a hug and I gazed into his beautiful blue eyes and saw a gentle and kind soul. My heart melted.

My first memory of Mickey is a story related by my roommate, Marcy. He picked up a glass of lemonade and asked , "Is this your´n?" He had lived in South Carolina and maybe that´s a southern colloquialism. Marcy turned bright red, thinking he´d asked if it was urine.
