Barb.. I just saw your mom's obituary. I am so sorry for your loss. I was glad, though, to see that she lived such a full life. The pictures were great. It was nice to see your sweet, handsome dad in the pictures with your beautiful mom. I remember them fondly.

Mickey and her late hubby Gerry were very special friends of ours and my hubby and I have many happy memories of us getting together. Although we lost touch with them over the years we always recalled how we enjoyed their company and
how we missed them.
Mickey...your cheerful smile we will always remember.
May you rest in eternal peace with the angels in God's Heaven

Buzz, Barb, Diane, may tender loving memories soften your grief and may
fond recollections of your loved one bring you comfort and peace.

I have always had a good memory. I am glad for that because it has given me the chance to recall myriads of mom things . The earliest I remember is her giving me heck. We think it was when I was a year old. She left my buggy (pram) outside a local shop. A man came in and said, A little girl was walking on the Main St. sidewalk. Mom went out and found that it was ME!!! She didn't know that I could walk. Apparently she missed my first steps.

Her beautiful smile graces her face in all these precious photos. Her eyes twinkle in every one of them. Thank you for sharing her life this way: I watched from beginning to end. There was clearly a lot of love and joy around her and her family. I can see how lucky I was to be in her scout troop!

Barb and family, I hold you in prayer in honor of a wonderful life in your mother, grandmother and friend. I knew her from Colorado Springs when I was pastor at Sacred Heart from 1993-1999. The video was terrific and really enjoyed viewing this wonderful woman of faith in her life´s journey.

Sincerely,

Fr Jim Bracke csc

I met Mickey for the first time on a bus trip to Casino Rama. She was such a beautiful person. Great personality and had such a sense of humour. Now I see her children have been blessed with many of her looks, talents, personality and her humour. Mickey sure was a special human being. You will be missed.

In my teenage years, Mrs Marx was sort of "part of the crowd". She was wonderful! She sure made us laugh.
