Mildred O. Parsons

Mrs. Mildred O. Parsons of Melrose died Saturday morning, April 8, 2006 at the Epoch Senior Healthcare of Melrose. Mrs. Parsons was born in Everett, MA November 16, 1916, daughter of the late Erick W. Kalberg and Augusta (Hansen) Kalberg. Mrs. Parsons was a long-time member of the First United Methodist Church of Melrose. For many years she worked at Hills Stationery Store in Melrose. Beloved wife of the late Arthur K. Parsons. Mother of Steven A. Parsons and his wife Charlene Lavin of Mansfield and the late Richard E. Parsons and his wife, Donna J. (Chetwynd) Parsons of Wakefield. Sister of the late Lillian Watkins. Grandmother of Heather J. Parsons and Scott E. Parsons, both of Wakefield, Kate Gardner of Rockland, Kara and Courtney Parsons both of Hanover and Kendall Lavin-Parsons of Mansfield. Also survived by 1 great-grandson. Dear friend of Penny and Chet Chetwynd and Margaret Waystack, all of Melrose.
