Milton R. Finch KINGSTON- Milton R. Finch, 78, of Tubby Street, Kingston, died Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus. Born April 2, 1939 in Woodstock, N.Y.; he is the son of the late Philip H. and Martha (Dumond) Finch. Milton was a butcher at Siller Beef in Kingston, N.Y. He enjoyed hunting and was well known to local hunters for his skill as butcher to prepare their deer for the table. Surviving is his wife of 60 years Nancy J. Finch; his sons, Milton Finch, Jr., and Vincent M. Finch; a daughter, Dawn Marie Merritt; his brothers, Charles Finch and George H. Finch; grandchildren, Samantha L. Finch, Jace Finch, Keith Merritt, and Chris Finch; great-grandchildren, Natalie Marie Merritt, Amanda Finch, and Lilly Ann Gitler. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Milton is predeceased by his siblings: Henry Dumond, Elizabeth Stoutenburg, Clarence H. Finch, Harvey Finch, John Finch, Philip H. (Homer) Finch, Jane Brink, Sarah Finch, and Edna Miller. A grandson, Dunner M. Finch, also predeceased him. Funeral and Cremation arrangements are under the guidance of the Joseph V.
