Minister Keith Edmundson, age 37, lovingly known by his family and friends as "Minister," of 207 Britlan Drive, Pikeville, NC, departed his earthly life on Friday, November 28, 2014, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville, NC.

Keith was born in Wayne County, North Carolina on December 2, 1976. He was born to the living Mrs. Carolyn Edmundson Ingram and the late Mr. Amos L. Herring.

He was receiving his education in the public schools of Wayne County.

Keith dedicated his life early to Christ. He was a member and attended Greater Saint John Church.

Funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, December 7, 2014, at 3:00 p.m. from the Greater Saint John Church, 613 Mitchell Road, Dudley, NC. Pastor William Mitchell will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Turner Swamp Church Cemetery, 541 Turner Swamp Road, Eureka, NC.

Also, a public viewing will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2014, in the D. L. McIntyre Memorial Chapel at Mcintyre Funeral Home, 900 South George Street, Goldsboro, NC from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Minister Edmundson leaves to cherish his loving and precious memories to: his parents, Carolyn E. and Larry D. Ingram of Pikeville, NC; his children, Tanayah Sutton of Goldsboro, NC, Jaquan Harper of Dudley, NC and Christopher Edmundson of Wade, NC; his sisters, Anita Morgan of Goldsboro, NC and Renee' Ingram of Pikeville, NC; his brother in law, James Morgan of Goldsboro, NC; his aunts and uncles, Linda Hooker of Norfolk, VA, Charles Herring of Wilson, NC, Beverly and Randolph Herring of Wilson, NC, Diann and Reverend Donald Newby of Wilson, NC, Shirley and MacArthur Edmundson of Fayetteville, NC, Haywood Edmundson of Fremont, NC, Ronnie Edmundson of Pikeville, NC, Deloris and Kenneth Cox of Fremont, NC and Larry Edmundson of New Jersey, Joyce Ann and Maurice Lavender of Wilson, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, church members and friends.

On Sunday, December 7, 2014, the family members and friends will assemble, one hour prior, at 1:50 p.m., at the residence of Mrs. Carolyn Ingram, 207 Britlan Drive, Pikeville, NC, in preparation for the funeral procession.

Flowers may be sent to McIntyre Funeral Home, 900 South George Street, Goldsboro, NC beginning on Friday, December 5, 2014 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
