Monica DALTON Obituary
Passed away peacefully at the age of 71 on July 22, 2012. She fought a courageous battle against cancer. Daughter of the late Kathleen and Thomas Dalton. Dear sister to the late Mary Mulrooney, Leo and Thomas Dalton. She leaves to mourn her brother Jim Dalton, sisters Doreen Campbell, Ann Redmond and Kathleen Long. Longtime friend Guy Gagnon as well as nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. The family will receive condolences on Thursday, July 26th from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Actuel Funeral Home, 4500 Verdun Avenue, Verdun. Service July 27th at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel followed by burial at Côte-des-Neiges Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jewish General Hospital, palliative care.

Hi Doreen, My sincere condolences to you and family on the passing of Monica. We all worked together at Quebec Containers and I just saw this or I would have visited the Parlour.

Monica's family....whom I don't have the pleasure of knowing personally...I was blessed to be able to meet up with Monica last year after more than 45 years!! My Mom, Maureen, and her were great great friends when I was a child. I am so sorry for your loss, but am selfishly happy that my Mom and her were able to spend time together again - it meant so much to the both of them. Monica is at peace now, and she was dearly loved and knew it. Shelley xoxo
