She worked as an Assistant District Attorney with the 21st Judicial District for many years. Morgan is survived by her husband, Pat Dunn; daughter, Bobbie Maline Griggs and Bobbie Maline's devoted father and first husband, Joseph Miles Griggs; her mother, Carol Ann Trahan; sister, Maline Trahan Rees her husband Stephen Rees, MD, their children Libby, Stevie, Mac and Morgan; brother, Robert Louis Trahan Jr. and his wife Kirsten Halls Trahan and their children Miles and Madeleine; sister, Andree Nur Lamke and her husband Robbie Lamke, their children Cheyenne and Jolene; sister, Sarah Jewel Trahan; mother-in-law, Peggy Dunn; brother-in-law, Mike Dunn and his wife Rosa their daughter Ashley her husband Ben and their child Amelia; sister-in-law, Karen and her husband Scott Gentry, their daughters Robyn Dunham and her husband Mike and their daughter Lily Kate, and Kelli Votruba and her husband Aaron; and brother-in-law, Mark Griggs and his wife Donna and their children, Hannah and her partner Robin and Haeden. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Louis Trahan; her maternal grandparents Charles and Ollie Trahan; her paternal grandparents, G.A. Gaboon and Matilde Trahan; and her grandmother, Gloria Griggs. A private family memorial was held in Lafayette, Louisiana to celebrate her life.
