Of Monroeville and Wilton Manor, FL, age 83, on Monday, May 19, 2008; Beloved husband of Pearl Zvirman. Devoted father of Ron (Lynne) Zvirman, Nancy (Jeff) Linsenbigler, Ken Zvirman (Trish Puharic), Hillary (Richard) Lubin and Nadine (Michael) DePierre. Brother of the late Bernie Zvirman. Loving grandfather of Anna (Jim), Alyse, Eric and David Zvirman, David (Miriam) Lubin, Brendan DePierre, Dr. Stacey (Josh) Wallach and Kaitlyn Puharic. Great-grandfather of Olivia and Isaac Lubin. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Services at RALPH SCHUGAR CHAPEL, INC. 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Thursday at 12 Noon. Visitation one hour prior to services (11 AM - 12 Noon). Interment Temple Sinai Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to American Heart Association, 111 Penn Center Boulevard, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15235.

Our entire family offers the most heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the Zvirman Family. Heaven may have gained another angel but he will be sadly missed. To Ron, Ken and their families, our hearts are with you during this very sad time.

Ken and the entire Zvirman family.My condolences to all of you. Ive only known Mort for a short period of time but it doesent take a long time to know a good man when you come across one. I will truly miss him around the shop, and at christmas partys.

Pearl and Ken, I feel terrible about Mort. I thought Mort to be one of the finest gentlemen I ever met. He provided me with so much fun. Please offer my condolences to his grandchildren. A good man has left us. God Bless Doug and Andrea Kennedy

Ron, Kenny, and family, we are sad to hear of your loss.
As a child growing up in Monroeville, your father always greeted me with a warm, friendly smile when I banged at your front door. I will remember him as a very kind person, just like his family is today.
Mort was my cutoff man at shortstop, taking my throws from right field. He was a winner in life as well as on the field.
