69 of West Chester on July 17, 2017. Beloved wife of Michael J. Fahey, mother of Nicole M. Voigt and Andrea M. Ryan, grandmother of 6 and sister of Betty Naimoli. Relatives and Friends are invited to her Visitation on Friday, July 21, 2017 from 12:30 - 1:30 P.M. at St. Agnes Church, 233 W. Gay St. West Chester, PA 19380; followed by her Funeral Mass at 1:30 P.M. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Team CMMD Foundation, 750 W. Lincoln Hwy, Exton, PA 19341.
