Myrtle Frances Clark

Clark Myrtle Frances Clark, 60, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Pauley Thompson; her husband, Allen Eugene Clark; and brothers, Charles, Preston, and Dale Thompson. Survivors include her son, Brad Clark of Chilhowie; daughters, Maria Snead, and her fianc‚, Stephen Collins, Rosanna Clark, and her fianc‚, Joe Booth, all of Chilhowie, and Regina Clark, of Saltville; brothers, Ray Thompson and his wife, Lola, of Saltville, Clarence Thompson and his wife, Frances, of Chilhowie, Jerry Thompson and his wife, Becky, of Saltville, Paul Thompson and his wife, Cindy, of Saltville, and Archie Thompson and friend, Kelly, of Saltville; sisters, Beulah and her husband, Everett Coe, of Konnarock, Opal and her husband, Emmitt Spears, of Kingsport, Tenn., Connie and her husband, Steve Kerley, of Chilhowie, and Eva and her husband, Whrenza Davenport of Saltville; grandchildren, Braxton, Brandon, Dustin, Jayden Snead, and Breanne Collins, Marvin Wyatt, Kelly Booth, Destiny Tuggle, Austin Clark, Aleniah Eastridge and Montana Eastridge; great-grandchildren, Ashton Snead, Autumnn Fletcher, Destiny Lite, and Skylar Hammons; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, in the Elizabeth cemetery with the Rev. Bobby Collins and the Rev. Harry Lee Moore officiating. Pallbearers were Braxton Snead, Brandon Snead, Jayden Snead, Brad Clark, Stephen Collins, Lee Thompson, Stevie Thompson and Joe Booth. The family received friends from noon until 1:45 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home prior to the procession to the cemetery.
