Chills run through my body as I think of Nakeno. He was a nice boy grown to be a good young man. He always displayed his good up-bringing. Ina , Pluke, Isaiah and family may Jah keep you held tight in his arms as you mourn the absence of your special loved one . My heart is filled with much sadness as I think of the pain you feel everytime he crosses your mind. No words can bring you comfort during this time but trust in jah he will ease your heart, mind and soul with time. Nakeno leaves a great legacy for a young man. My heart sunk when I learned of Nakeno's passing. I met him in 2010 following a work shadow/day release request from his school. I was struck by his kindness and desire to "make a difference" with children of different abilities. He particularly spoke of his passion to work with children who have Autism. Your son was definitely an inspiration.

I met Keno when he was six years old and had the pleasure of spending time with him almost every summer until 2012 while visiting Bermuda. Keno was a regular visitor at the home of my nephews, three boys with autism. He was like a Guardian Angel to them, his patience and love was an extraordinary gift. I had the pleasure of getting to know Nakeno 6 years ago when I worked as a therapist for the Crow family. Nakeno was one of the most kind hearted and selfless children that I had ever met. Ina,what can I say in such a time of loss to comfort you? The last time I saw Keno,it was about a week before the tragedy. I got home from work one day, to the sounds of my grandsons saying "good afternoon nana" and another "good afternoon nana", it was Nakeno. Sitting in my living room just as years and years before. All the days and nights of calling each others houses back and forth to say send Kyle or Nakeno and Isaiah home. Little boys, now coming into young men. My heart aches so badly for your loss. Keno and Isaiah were such a constant presence in our household. Keno will be a miss to not just Kyle, but to us all. We know that Kyle will continue to look out for Isaiah as a little brother. Our family will continue to keep your entire family in our thoughts and prayers. Thank you for all that you have done for Kyle over the years.

He knew he had favor with me. I also had the priviledge of being in his presence everyday this summer at Berkeley.
