Nan E. Hooper, 61, departed this earth June 27th, 2017 in Fairfield Glade, TN
Nan was born in Nashville, TN to James and Lucille Elmore on October 21, 1955. She attended Antioch High School.
Nan is preceded in death by her father James E. Elmore. She is survived by her daughter Lindsay Simmons of Nashville, TN; Grandchildren Nicolas and Neely Simmons of Nashville, TN, Mother Lucille C. Elmore of Fairfield Glade, TN; Brother Danny L. (Per) Elmore of Cookeville, TN nieces Tara Elmore of Bulter, MD, Celeste Elmore of Nashville, TN, Nikki Elmore of Marina del Ray, CA, as well as her four legged babies Roxy and Bella.
Visitation Friday June 30th from five o’clock until seven o’clock in the evening at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. Second visitation Saturday July 1st from nine o’clock until ten o’clock in the morning.
Funeral to begin at ten o’clock in the morning in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with Glen Randolph of Church of Christ in the Glades officiating. Burial following at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
