Nancy Keck Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers from Oct. 25 to Oct. 16, 2022.
Nancy Anna Keck passed away peacefully at the age of 86, after living many years with Alzheimer's Disease, with her family by her side and her favorite hymns playing, on October 10th. She is preceded in death by her parents Frances and Russell Sinclair, her brothers Bob and Howard, her son Bob, her first husband Howard Douglass, and her second husband Ralph Keck, along with many other beloved family and friends. She is survived by her son Mark A. (Dawn) Douglass, daughter Kathy K (Chad) Jacobsen and grandchildren Russell, Anna, Lucas, Madeline, Olivia, and Thomas.

Nancy was a lifelong member of Greentown United Methodist Church and their choir. Nancy was a beloved member of the Order of The Eastern Star. She worked as a beautician in her early years, and dedicated her life to caring for her children Kathy, Bob, and Mark. She was a dutiful mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend. She ensured everyone knew she loved them every day of her life. She adored her family and friends and they equally adored her, there is no doubt she will be incredibly missed.

A special thank you to The Hospice & Palliative Care, Charlotte Region, for providing amazing care by her nurse Brittany and CNA Aubry. There will be a service to honor Nancy later this year- date to be determined- for her to be laid to rest with her husband and son. Her family thanks you for the prayers and well wishes. In lieu of flowers, her family requests donations to be made in her name to the Greentown United Methodist Choir at 3088 State St NW, Greentown, OH 44630 or The Sandbox at GotSandbox.org/givelove.
