I am so very sorry to hear about this. I knew Nancy, Anne, Rex and Mark as well as their wonderful parents during their years in Danville, KY. Nancy always brought light to a room and was so accepting and kind. I will be thinking of them during the coming days. Ginna Larson Schneider

I was advised spiritually by the Lunds as an adolescent member of the Mac-Plymouth Church during my confirmation process. Even as a short-sighted teenager, it was readily apparent to me the degree to which Nancy and Larry had figured out the virtues of commitment, community, kindness, and communication, and that their lives were made up of all the benefits that a shared commitment to those things brings. There are things they told me about being a human being during my time with them that will accompany me throughout my life, and which have only served to improve me in my time on this earth. I am blessed to have known Nancy, I will miss her, and I offer my sincere condolences to all whose lives now lack her.

As trite as it might sound, she truly was one of a kind. She has taken a piece of my heart with her...as well she should have. We are all better human beings for having gotten to share some time with her. With deepest sympathies to the entire family. Dick Knowles

Because of our precious daughters, Jessie and Jess we were so lucky to become friends. There was nobody like Nancy she was loved by all that knew her. We will all miss her kindness and caring spirit.

I met Nancy at her niece Rachel´s wedding and knew right away I´d met an angel. She was the sweetest and kindest person I´d ever met and devoted herself to spreading love. She left us the better.
