Just heard of Nancy's passing from a former Riverdale resident. I always looked forward to visiting with her 3 or 4 times a week when I was there with my Mom, who was across the hall in the end room from your Mom until her death. I met you all on a few occasions. Please accept my sympathy.

It saddens me to hear about Nancy. My mother, Aunt Bessie, thought the world of Nancy. I'm sorry we have lost touch with each other.

I was so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. Nancy was like a second Mom to me when I was growing up and I have so many fond memories of her and your family. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers today and always. My love to you all -- Kelly Edwards Barlow

Nancy had an unfailing smile and cheerful greeting whenever I visited Riverdale to see my sister Anne. She gave my sister endless kindness and laughter, things that are frequently missing for residents of nursing facilities, and she is greatly missed.

my grandmother was the sweetest person and helped raise my brother and I. She is with our mother and uncle and is no longer suffering and is in a better place. Our hearts are forever broken and she will be forever missed.
