NANCY K. (PRICE) TINGLEY

LONDON - Nancy K. (Price) Tingley, 90, of London, died Sunday, Oct. 4, 2015, at Madison Health, London.
Mrs. Tingley was born Nov. 19, 1924 in Range Township, the daughter of Harold and Teresa (Hornbeck) Price.
She was a former Outrider and a proud supporter of the Doc McMillen Memorial Harness race at the Madison County Fair. She was retired from Lazarus after 23 years of service.
Mrs. Tingley is survived by her daughters, Shirley (David) Watkins and Patty (Jerry) Downing, all of London; grandchildren, Kathy (Jay) Ferrell, Brian Downing, Mark (Tonya) Downing, Doug (Gaby) Downing; great-grandchildren, Erika Smith, Eric Downing, Kristyn Downing, Ashleigh Downing, Kaleigh Downing, Apollo Downing, Jake Downing, Stella Downing, Faith Downing, and Abby Davis; great-great-grandchildren, Skylar Smith, Spencer Smith, Seann Smith, Syndi Smith, and Sam Smith; numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Tingley is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 50 years, Lewis Tingley; brother, Robert Price; granddaughter, Cyndi Boyer Smith.
A graveside funeral service will be celebrated 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2015 at the Kirkwood Cemetery with the Reverend Gordon Johnson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made, in Mrs. Tingley's memory, to the Humane Society of Madison County, 2020 State Route 142 NE, West Jefferson, or the Madison County Historical Museum, 260 E. High St., London.
