Fran, Betty, Jeff & Stef:
Even today, I still have no words that can possibly comfort the void and loss you all must feel. The kids and I feel it too. Nance was a "one of a kind", but you all knew that from the very beginning I'm sure. She had such a zeal for life, joy in her heart, and a deep love for you ... her family. I can still hear her laughter ringing in the air. Because of you Nance, Shelby made it through College..and Justin, guess what? He got the promotion. That was in part because of you too. Your loving kindness, support, and faith in everyone you met has touched and changed so many lives. The legacy you have left to others here on earth is nothing short of incredible. I can't thank you enough for all you have done for the kids and me. You loved them like they were your very own. As for me, I carry you with me in my heart always.
Well Nance, we will lovingly and gladly pick up where you had to leave off here on earth. My family opens our arms to your family just as you have always done for us. Until the day we are all together again as one family, you will be deeply missed.
Just know that you left behind the legacy to "Live, Love, and Laugh"
... just like my Nance did!
~

I had the pleasure of working with Nancy for the past few years. Nancy had a laugh that brought a smile to everyone's face. She was always there to listen and always knew what to say to make you feel better. I will miss my talks with Nancy. My thoughts are with Nancy's family as I know how much she loved them and enjoyed all the time she spent with them.

Dear Family and friends of Nancy Z
With deepest sympathy for your loss. Nancy was my rock for taking care of my customers and my own personnal escrows. She made it easy, she made us smile and she was always there to help. We spent many hours just talking about the things she loved, her family, freinds, Max, the desire to play golf and Central Washington University. Somehow on one of our closing together, her name was placed into the lender documents and she became the wife to my Tom on paper. That was in the late 90's, ever since that day she has always asked me how her husband is doing. She was the best and will be greatly missed.

I'm so very sad to hear about Nancy. She was a very special, kind and thoughtful woman and made me smile whenever I thought about her. I had the honor of doing several of her personal mortgage loans. The last one being some cash out of her property to invest with family for a vacation spot and she was so excited to have a place to get away and enjoy family. Nancy, I know that you are in a better place, but you will be missed by all of us here on earth.

Dear Zevenbergen Family
Please accept my deepest sympathies. The loss of a child is felt so deeply. I know her as "Nancy Z" and she always had a happy ring to her voice when I talked to her at First American. I always knew my clients were in good hand when she was their escrow closer. Just thinking about her makes me smile. I pray your memories bring you much comfort as the days come and go. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Zevenbergen Family,
I had the good fortune to know Nancy for many years through First American Title. I remember when she started working there. She told us that she'd actually burned her LPO license because she hated her previous job so much and that she was never going to close again! Well, that's all history because she became a closer again and a great one with a wonderful following. Nancy loved her customers and she'd tell you that right away. She was sunny and warm and always a good friend. She'll be greatly missed.

What a shock to us all. Nancy was a work friend for many years and we were bonded, I guess, through our Dutch heritage. It was truly a pleasure to know her! She was a bright light in a sometimes dim world. My warmest regards to her family (including Max) at this very sad time. Nancy, keep your warmth and kindness in your new life, I will miss you in this one!

To the Zevenbergen Family,

Nancy was one of my favorite people to work with. Everyone loved her. She was a great person and a great closer. When it came time to close my house, there was not even a choice of who my escrow officer was going to be. She did everything with a smile on her face. Nancy, you will be missed by all.

Bless the Zevenbergen family for the gift they gave us in Nancy. What a joy, and a delight. She was always cheerful and positive. I know you all were her strength and love. She spoke to me about her trips to Hawaii, and family celebrations. She has touched so many with her kindness, laugh and compassion. My thoughts and prayers to you at this time.
