Necia was the sweetest but tough and a great Dispatcher. She was one of my trainers at Independence Police. She taught me a lot , with some things that I carried with me through my Dispatching career. My thoughts and prayers to her family.

Necia was my trainer for the police dept. She was kind, Patient and way ahead of her time. Funny, thoughtful and smart. There's so much to say about her, but she was always on my mind and she will be missed.
