Neil Zimmerman Obituary
Neil honorably served in the Army for two years. After his military service, he embarked on a successful career as a systems analyst, working with notable companies such as Caloric, Raytheon, Martin Marietta, and EDS. He was dedicated to his sons' sports activities in Andover, MA. and was an avid college football fan, especially cheering for Florida State and the University of Central Florida.
Neil is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Mary Ann; daughter, Laurie (Kevin) Naughton; sons, Todd (Ronnie) and Scott (Linda) Zimmerman; and eight grandchildren: Stacy and Michael Naughton; Courtney (Tom) Holt; Emily (Alex) Schwappach; and Nancy, Paul, Brooke and Brenna Zimmerman; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Craig; his parents Lewis and Anna Zimmerman; and his sister Mary Louise (Bob) Moyer.
A private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Neil's memory may be made to the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida, supporting a cause close to his heart.

My visit with Uncle Neil and Aunt MaryAnn in March of 2024! So thankful I was able to make that trip. Thanks Uncle Neil for all the jokes and stories , Even if I didn´t understand them all. Lol. You will be missed! May God give you mercy and peace as you are entering into your next journey.

Neil is pictured with Manny and Sally Raposa, above at my wedding on July 16, 1999. My father, Michael Fischer was fortunate to have two lifelong friends. As a child, I remember the card parties, Frito's and dip, laughs and fun times.
